At 14:00 you will be welcomed to Ramón Bilbao Winery for a tour of its vineyards and will then have lunch at the winery. You will discover the secrets of Finca Las Amedias and will taste wine at different stages of production, from French, American and Hungarian oak barrels. After this interesting experience, you’ll be able to unwind over a paired culinary offering.

Morning » Check-Out • Pagos del Rey Wine Museum
Check-out. An early departure at 9:30, you will be transferred / you will go to Toro to visit the Collegiate Church of Santa María la Mayor. Later on, you’ll go to Pagos del Rey for a fascinating trip to the Wine Museum.
Evening » Cyan Winery
After the visit you will be transferred / you will go to La Panera restaurant for a delicious lunch. You’ll then move on to Toro to visit Cyan Winery.
Surrounded by pine trees, vineyards, olive groves and lavendar, it’s the perfect setting in which to learn about the history of the native varieties grown in the almost hundred-year-old vineyards and how the specific features of the landscape impact organic wine production. Cyan is an oasis of relaxation where you can gently immerse yourself in the timelessness of wine with Toro designation of origin status. You will learn first-hand about all the work carried out at the winery and within the calm of its wooden installations we will discover what makes its wines unique.
In a unique, secluded setting you will sample three of its premium wines. Cyan Crianza, Cyan Prestigio, and Cyan Pago de la Calera. You’ll also sample its organic Oliduero olive oil.
